Ditdah CW (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Mustafa Sucu (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

We built Ditdah CW with privacy as a default. The App does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect or transmit any personal data.

  1. Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data.

All data generated by your use of the App — including your lesson progress, practice statistics, WPM history, streak count, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage frameworks (UserDefaults and Core Data).

This data:

Never leaves your device Is never transmitted to us or any third party Is not linked to your identity in any way

  1. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

Your name, email address, or any contact information Your location Device identifiers or advertising IDs Usage analytics or crash reports Any information about your HAM radio license or callsign Payment information (purchases are handled entirely by Apple)

  1. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks.

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple’s privacy policy governs all purchase transactions: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

  1. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users, as described in Section 2.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App. We have no copies of your data and cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
